❓ What kind of products do you sell?

I offer digital design tools such as DFY (Done-For-You) business kits, seamless patterns, PNG graphics, wallpapers and more. These are designed for creatives, business owners and digital sellers who want to launch or grow faster — without starting from scratch.

❓ Are your products instant download?

Yes! All digital products are available immediately after purchase. You’ll see a download link on the confirmation page, and a backup link will be sent to your email.

❓ Do you offer physical items or shipping?

Not currently. All products in the store are digital only, so nothing will be shipped. If we introduce physical products in the future, clear shipping details will be added.

❓ Can I use your designs for commercial use?

Yes — as long as the product description or license states "Commercial Use Allowed."
You may use the designs to create physical end products (e.g. POD items, planners, phone cases, wallpaper apps, etc.).
You may not resell, share, or redistribute the original files as-is.

❓ Can I resell your digital files?

No. You are not allowed to resell, share, or give away the design files themselves. They must be used only within your own finished products.

 It is only allowed if stated within the product. 

❓ Do I need to credit you?

Credit is not required unless stated otherwise in the product license. However, if you'd like to credit or tag me — I always appreciate it! 💗

❓ Do you offer refunds?

Because all items are digital and instantly delivered, we do not offer refunds, returns or cancellations.
But if you have an issue with your files, contact me and I’ll make sure you get access.

❓ What software do I need to use your files?

Most of my files work with:

  • Canva

  • Procreate / Photoshop

  • Any POD platform (Printify, Printful, etc.)

  • Any editing app that supports PNG or JPG

Each product listing will mention the exact formats included.

❓ I didn’t receive my files — what should I do?

First check your spam/junk folder. If it’s not there, email [elevatewithaae@gmail.com] with your order number and I’ll resend right away.
